This pre-study is aiming to start developing capacity by sharing experiences of efficient land governance with key stakeholders of the land sector in Mozambique. It is also aiming to achieve an increased understanding of the complex and fragmented local context of the land sector in Mozambique, described in a pre-study report, as well as developing a project proposal for a bilateral project, focusing on capacity development, to be carried out by Lantmäteriet and potentially funded by Sida. Following outputs are expected; - Increased experience, knowledge and insights from efficient land governance for key stakeholders in the Mozambique land sector, - Project proposal for a bilateral project, focusing on institutional capacity development,. Mozambique), including a Simplified Environmental Assessment, - Pre-study report, describing the findings related to the local context in the Mozambique land sector, including challenges, systems and technical platforms, mandate and roles of key organizations - Narrative Report, describing the work undertaken and achieved results, including capacities developed, as well as lessons learned of the pre-study, - MoUs with relevant key stakeholders, to support continued collaboration, as a result of established and strengthened relations between key stakeholders in the land sector in Mozambique and Sweden.
