The REACH initiative is a joint initiative made up of IMPACT, ACTED, and the United Nations Operational Satellite Applications Programme (UNOSAT) with the purpose to "strengthen evidence-based humanitarian decision-making through efficient data collection, management, and analysis – before, during, and after an emergency."
