The World Bank Knowledge for Change Program (KCP) is a trust fund established in 2002 to promote high-quality, innovative and policy relevant research for poverty reduction and sustainable development. Apart from financing research projects, KCP also partly funds so called flagships reports, not least the yearly World Development Report (WDR).
