The programme is named Partnering for Resilience to Emergencies through Transformation of SRHR and aims to ensure that women and girls living in humanitarian and fragile settings in West Africa achieve their SRHR by leveraging sub-national and national gains for region-wide transformation. The projects three primary objectives are: Objective 1: Strengthen the capacity of the weakest health systems to deliver rights-based SRHR services that are resilient in the face of conflict and disaster in fragile settings Objective 2: Transform harmful social and gender norms that inhibit access to SRHR in fragile settings Objective 3: Strengthen regional accountability for ensuring SRHR for women and girls in humanitarian and fragile settings
