The intervention aim: LGBTI+ rights holders actively safeguard their rights while increasingly holding duty bearers accountable and responsible for protection of rights and equality of LGBTI+ people." The results of the proposed intervention is: - LGBTI+ rights holders (individuals and organizations) are more empowered to enjoy their human rights in a conducive environment - Improved protection and promotion of LGBTI+ rights by key duty-bearers including government at local and central levels and legislators - Judiciary demonstrates responsibility & accountability for providing justice for LGBTI+ rights holders - Private sector improves protection of LGBTI+ rights and protection from discrimination - Independent media and LGBTI+ media sustain the scope of rights based journalism regarding LGBTI+ rights and equality - Key stakeholders act as stronger allies to protect and promote LGBTI+ rights.

Result
The partner is yet to provide a report for this term. For the results achieved of the previous term please refer to the previous terms Completion Memo. The partners have recently submitted their report to the UPR process with 17 recommendations to the betterment of LGBTQI rights and recently a meeting was held at the Embassy with like minded countries for them to pick up on recommendations and bright forth during the Türkiye cycle.
