The learning was\nincorporated into INSOs approach to emergency response programming.\n- INSOs Digital Learning team launched the INSO NGO Security Management\nonline course on the DisasterReady platform for all humanitarian workers.\n- Also during 2024 a new country office was established in Chad and INSO relaunched the CHDC (Conflict and Humanitarian Data center) which successfully brought 30 partners on board, with high level of satisfaction from participants.\n- INSO roving training team provided a range of trainings (security management,\nhumanitarian negotiation,) to 289 participants in 3 countries. National NGO participants represented 26% of all participants. \n- Overall, efforts were made to remove barriers to national NGO participation, which increased from 10% in 2023, to 15% in 2024. Women represented 33% of all participants. This follows efforts made since the release of a gender memo by INSO in 2022 after which the organisation has seen a clear and immediate positive impact on female participation, rising from 20% in 2022, to 24% in 2023, 31% in 2024, and 32% in the first half of 2025.\n\nAdditionally, during the fourth quarter of 2024, INSO's in-country training teams\ndelivered 111 sessions for 1,370 participants. `\n\nFinally, to mark World Humanitarian Day, INSO issued a report identifying emerging\ndynamics, including an upward trend in serious NGO incidents, growing\ngovernment involvement in
